While products can be returned to Style Marvels Boutique, we advise against returning items to our warehouses due to high international shipping costs, long transit times (at least 3 months), and the high likelihood of loss or damage during return shipping.

• For Brazil orders: review after 110 days due to customs.

Local Post Office Issues:

• Orders pending at local post offices due to issues like insufficient address or unclaimed packages should be resolved by contacting or visiting the post office.

Special Cases:

• In Israel, packages may be delivered to self-pick-up cabinets, often causing delays. Clients should contact the local post office for delivery.
• If local tracking shows delivery but the package isn’t received, verification may take 1-2 months, with no guaranteed positive outcome.

Order Not Received:

• No refunds or resends if tracking shows the order as delivered.
• If the package isn’t received, provide a non-delivery certification from the local post office.

• Local distributor delivers 1-3 times. If unclaimed, packages are stored at the local post office for 3-7 days. Unclaimed packages are returned to the warehouse, and Style Marvels Boutique isn’t responsible for losses during the return.

• Full refund or replacement for badly damaged packages.
• Partial refund or replacement for partially damaged packages (e.g., threads, wrinkles, small scratches).

Incorrect Products:

• Full refund or replacement for incorrect products.
• Refund or resend for wrong color/size that doesn't affect function.
